This special issue is timed to co-incide with the very special global festival of French food, Gôut de France. On this day, today, 1300 chefs will serve a French meal in all 5 continents. India has a lead role, with 48 partner restaurants across India, one of the highest numbers in the world. Such festivals celebrate food, and wine can not be far behind.
